DO Not BUY A CAR HERE I bought a Acura TLX 6 months ago from Brown Brothers they sold me a car with a bad transmission they had the car for 6 months working on it, while this was going on they gave me 4 loaners and all three had problems 2 of them broke down and the other was extremely bad, I would never ever come back here to brown brothers automotive they are by passing their mechanical work and taking short cuts. And the company still has my vehicle to this day and is not able to fix it but will not take the vehicle back and or come to a conclusion with me

I had been car shopping for a while and I stumbled upon a cute 2012 Honda Accord that was almost in perfect condition on the outside and inside just a few minor things on each but the car had everything I wanted moonroof, leather seats and it was a Honda Accord under 95k miles at the perfect price so I requested information and then the car salesman named Doug told me to come on down. Very nice and professional man showed me the car, we drove the car and I knew I wanted her due to my credit the financing was hard but I told them it was my birthday present and they made it happen! The manager Braden was nice and assisted in the process. Thank god they give a 15 day warranty to where if anything goes wrong they fix it because a few days later something went wrong long story short they fixed everything but Doug the salesman went above and beyond to make sure I only was without my car for one day instead of two and I cant thank him enough, if you need a salesman that will take good care of you hes it!! Go check them out!

The machine said he “fixed” the problems with my car but all he really did was just cleared all the errors codes on the cars computer. I still have all of the same issues and error codes. The car was only 3 days off the lot and it started giving me error codes. The only reason I kept the car was because now the same car cost a little extra due to the car shortage.There really nice and understand at the beginning but once they can feel that you’re going to buy a car they kinda turn for defensive. They beat around the bush and make the car seem so much for so little when they really should knock down the price. Not coming back.

I have to give these guys five stars due strictly to their customer service. I tried to buy a car over a weekend and pick it up Monday. Got a good price on the car with no add-ons or hassle. The only thing is when I went to pick it up, the electrical systems in the car would not allow it to start. They took it back and worked on it diligently for a few weeks and really tried to make it work. When they couldn't do that they refunded the money I had given them and are now looking for another car for us. We would happily buy from them again if we find the right car.
